Concept: Teaching the fundamentals of goaltending and building a strong foundation. Topics include: Proper Goalie Warmup, Hand/Eye Coordination, Goalie Arc, Proper Stance & Technique, Stick Skills, Basic Clearing, Communication, Fundamental Save Techniques
Advanced (High School):
Time: 10:00 AM
Grades: 8th-12th
Concept: Redefining the fundamentals and advancing goalie level of play. Topics include: Advanced Warmup, Mental Strategies, Scouting Opponents/Film, Advanced Clearing Concepts, Crease Roll Shots, Advanced 8meter Concepts, Advanced Pipe Play, Weight/Agility Training for Goalies, Stick Repair & Stringing, College Recruiting.
